The password from the renewal email doesn’t work?
If you select ‘forgot password’ or create a new account and purchase the 2026 membership we will be able to process this as your renewal.
My Account says there is no orders?
You will need to purchase a 2026 membership, this will then be processed as your renewal.
I received a password re-set email but this wasn’t me?
Due to the issues we have had to manually re-set the initial accounts created. Your password will now be the original password from the renewal email.
When will I receive my pack?
Shipping dates will be shared once the full membership sales program begins. Once sent, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Standard Supporter packs will be sent via regular post (no tracking) and Premium Supporter Packs will be sent via eParcel (tracked). Packs being delivered to the same household may arrive together and in the same envelope or protective sleeve.
Can I purchase from outside of Australia and New Zealand?
Packs are only available for purchase within Australia and New Zealand
Does my supporter pack give me access to tickets?
Your pack does not include access to match tickets. 2025 Rams ANZ Premium Members will receive access to an 2026 Early Renewal benefit of a presale for the Melbourne 2026 International Series game.
- Each registered account renewed (NOT per membership) will receive the ability to purchase a maximum of two (2) tickets during the presale window. If you have multiple memberships, you will still only receive one presale code for a maximum of two (2) tickets.
- Ticket availability and access to all price points are not guaranteed.
- The Rams ANZ Premium Member presale will be Thursday, April 2 at 10:00 a.m. AEST.
- Only 2025 Rams ANZ Premium Members are eligible for this renewal and Members-only presale.

I've made a mistake – can I edit my order?
As soon as you identify the error, please contact us at and we will do our best to have this changed prior to dispatch. However, please note these changes are unable to be guaranteed. If an incorrect address was provided, a replacement fee may be issued to resend your pack.

Standard shipping is free. Shipping is only available to Australian and New Zealand addresses. Packs are not available for collection.
