MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Terms of Membership

The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between the Los Angeles Rams, LLC (“LA Rams”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and each individual who purchases or holds a LA Rams membership (“Membership”) (“you”, “Member”).

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing a Membership. By purchasing a Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not purchase a Membership. If these Terms are considered an offer, your acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms.

Subject to the following Terms, your Membership will entitle you to the benefits of Membership from receipt of your Membership payment to the expiry of your Membership offer.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals who are:

  1. Residents of Australia and/or New Zealand; and
  2. Aged 18 years or older

Memberships for individuals under the age of 18 require parental or guardian consent before purchase. Where a Membership is held by an individual under the age of 18, the parent or guardian who provides that consent accepts these Terms on the Member’s behalf and is responsible for the Member’s compliance with them. Some benefits, including certain Member-Only Giveaways, may only be available to Members aged 18 years or over, or may require parental or guardian consent before a prize is awarded.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any Membership application at our absolute discretion.

3. 2026 Membership Benefits and Entitlements

The LA Rams offers three categories of Membership:

  1. 2026 Premium Membership, which includes:
    1. Premium Membership Pack, including scarf, keyring, tumbler, magnet and stickers
    2. Premium Members who purchase between August 1 - 10 will be provided access to a limited Members-only ticket allocation for the Melbourne 2026 game
    3. Premium Member-only giveaways, including Melbourne 2026 games tickets, a signed Davante Adams 2025 season jersey, HoMie merchandise packs, and Alfred's Apartment merchandise pack
    4. Member-only virtual events
    5. Digital membership card
    6. 15% discount on an NFL Game Pass Season Pro subscription
    7. 15% off Rams Fan Shop online
  2. 2026 LA Rams Junior Membership, which includes:
    1. Membership duffle bag, including hat, playcalling wristband, shoulder Rampage and sunglasses
    2. Player message for Junior Rams Members
    3. 10% off Rams Fan Shop online
  3. 2026 Standard Membership, which includes:
    1. Membership 3 sticker sheet
    2. Digital membership card
    3. Member only giveaways, including HoMie merchandise packs

                Any entitlements or benefits that form part of a Membership must be taken as offered, are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any incidental costs relating to the benefits or entitlements are the responsibility of the Membership holder.

                Memberships will be valid until 31 March 2027 and are subject to renewal each year.

                We reserve the right to refresh or substitute giveaway items, vary Membership benefits, and alter the Membership structure from time to time at our absolute discretion. 

                4. Membership Fees and Payment

                5. Member-Only Giveaways

                1. From time to time, we run giveaways, competitions and prize draws that are open only to Members (each a “Member-Only Giveaway”). Member-Only Giveaways form part of your Membership benefits and are offered at our absolute discretion.
                2. By purchasing or holding a Membership, you expressly consent to us, our authorised agents and service providers using the personal information you provided (including your name, email address, postal address, telephone number):
                  1. to automatically enter you into each Member-Only Giveaway for which you are eligible, without any further action by you;
                  2. to conduct and administer the Member-Only Giveaways, in which promotional partners, prize suppliers, draw platforms, providers, and any relevant regulatory or permit authority, may have access to your personal information;
                  3. to publish your name and your State of residence if you are the winner of our Member-Only Giveaway as required by law.
                3. Automatic entry applies only while you remain a current Member and only where you meet the eligibility criteria for the relevant Member-Only Giveaway. Where a Member-Only Giveaway is subject to separate terms and conditions, or to a trade promotion permit conditions, those terms and conditions apply in addition to these Terms and prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
                4. Member-Only Giveaways will be conducted in accordance with all applicable laws, including any trade promotion permit or authority requirements in the relevant Australian States and Territories and in New Zealand.
                5. If you do not wish to be automatically entered into Member-Only Giveaways, you should notify us in writing at global@rams.nfl.com. If you do so, you will not be entered into or be eligible to win any Member-Only Giveaway, and no refund or compensation is payable in respect of any Member-Only Giveaway you miss as a result.
                6. Winners will be notified using the contact details recorded by us at the time of the draw. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current. If a prize is not claimed within the time specified for the relevant Member-Only Giveaway terms and conditions, or if we are unable to contact a winner using the details recorded by us, the prize may be forfeited and redrawn or otherwise dealt with in accordance with applicable terms and conditions.

                6. Transfer of Memberships and Membership Benefits

                Memberships are personal to the Member and are strictly non-transferrable. A Membership cannot be sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred to any other person or entity, whether in whole or in part. Any attempt to do so without our express written authorization may result in immediate cancellation of the Membership by us without further notice or refund.

                Any benefits obtained by virtue of being a Member (without limitation, tickets and merchandise) are for the Member’s personal use only and must not be resold or used for any other commercial purposes.

                7. Refund Policy

                As a general policy, Memberships are non-refundable. Refunds will only be granted if required under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) Schedule 2 (Australian Consumer Laws) (“ACL”). Requests for refunds may be made in writing and are at the sole discretion of the LA Rams. Change of mind, personal circumstances (including without limitation, illness or relocation) or dissatisfaction with the LA Rams team performance will not be considered valid grounds for requesting a refund.

                Where a refund is approved by us, it will be processed using the original payment method with the deduction of any benefits already received (including event access or merchandise). Refunds shall be processed within thirty (30) days of approval of the refund. 

                8. Incorrect Address, Lost or Reissue of Member Packs

                If a Membership pack is lost or stolen, or an incorrect shipping address was provided, please contact Membership Services at info@rams.nfl.com. The LA Rams may issue a replacement Membership pack which may incur a replacement/reissue/shipping fee.

                9. Cancellation of Membership

                We reserve our right to cancel a Member’s Membership without a refund where that Member is deemed by us to have breached an LA Rams Policy. An LA Rams Policy includes these Terms and Conditions, the Fan Code of Conduct (https://www.therams.com/game-day/code-of-conduct) and any other LA Rams policies published by us from time to time.

                If a Member wishes to cancel their Membership, an email should be sent to Membership Services to info@rams.nfl.com. Memberships are non-refundable. On cancellation or expiry of a Membership, all Membership benefits cease, including eligibility for, and any automatic entry into, Member-Only Giveaways.

                10. Variation to LA Rams Membership Terms and Conditions

                You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time at https://membership.larams.com.au/terms-of-service/.

                We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our Membership benefits following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

                11. Members’ Privacy

                We collect and store personal information for the purposes of administering Memberships, conducting and administering Member-Only Giveaways and providing the relevant services. This information includes (without limitation):

                1. contact details, including but not limited to: name, address, email, phone;
                2. payment information;

                Personal information of Members will not be disclosed to third parties except:

                1. as required by law;
                2. to trusted service providers (without limitation; ticketing agents and payment processors) engaged by the LA Rams; or
                3. to promotional partners, prize suppliers, draw platforms and providers, scrutineers, mail houses and regulatory or permit authorities, for the purposes of conducting and administering Member-Only Giveaways; or
                4. with the Member’s express consent

                12. Member Communications and Electronic Messages

                1. Many Membership benefits, including notice of Member-Only Giveaways, are communicated to Members by email or other electronic message. By purchasing a Membership, you consent to receiving those communications, including commercial electronic messages from us. That consent is given for the purposes of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles and, where you are in New Zealand, the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 (NZ) and the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).
                2. You may withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe function in any message or by contacting us at global@rams.nfl.com. You acknowledge and agree that if you unsubscribe, opt out or otherwise withdraw your consent, you shall no longer receive notice of, or access to, Membership benefits that are communicated by those means and you may miss out on those benefits entirely. We will continue to send communications that are reasonably necessary to administer your Membership to the extent permitted by law.
                3. You acknowledge that we have no ability to confirm whether communication sent to you has been delivered, received, opened or read, and that we have no control over your email address, mailbox, device, applications, network or service providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you for any loss, damage, cost or missed Membership benefit arising from your failure to receive any communication from us, including where this is caused by:
                  1. your unsubscribe, opt out or withdrawal of consent, whether given to us directly or through the unsubscribe, block sender or similar function of your email, messaging or telecommunications application or provider;
                  2. a message being delivered to a junk, spam, or other filtered folder, or being marked as spam or junk, blocked, quarantined or deleted by you, your email provider, internet service provider, or any filtering, firewall or security software;
                  3. a bounce back or delivery failure including as a result of a full or inactive mailbox, a disabled, deactivated, misspelt or out of date email address, server or mail host issue;
                  4. an incorrect, incomplete or out of date email address, telephone number or postal address provided by you, or your failure to update those details with us; and
                  5. any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
                4. You are responsible for keeping your contact details and communication preferences current. You can update your contact information by emailing info@rams.nfl.com. A communication is taken to have been given by us when it is sent to the email address, telephone number or postal address last notified to us by you, whether or not it is actually received.

                13. Code of Conduct

                At the LA Rams, we are dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone involved with our club. This includes our Members, supporters, suppliers, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, corporate partners, and their guests. We strive to ensure that everyone involved in all of our activities uphold our values and contributes positively to the LA Rams’ reputation and the spirit of NFL.

                In all interactions with the LA Rams, including games, events, functions, or on social media, individuals must:

                1. Act as Ambassadors: Represent the LA Rams and the NFL in accordance with our club values of inclusivity, equality, perseverance in the face of adversity, and inspiring positive change. All Members should conduct themselves in a manner that positively reflects on our club, the NFL, and the sport of football.
                2. Show Respect: Treat everyone—including match officials, venue staff, security, players, supporters, and club employees—with respect. Honour the rights and worth of every person, regardless of gender, race, colour, religion, language, politics, national or ethnic origin, or choice of NFL team.
                3. Reject Violence and Prevent Discrimination: Avoid any form of violence, discrimination, harassment, or abuse. This includes refraining from using foul or abusive language, insults, threats, offensive gestures, and wearing clothing that is obscene, inflammatory or offensive in nature.
                4. Respect Venue Conditions: Abide by all conditions of entry for LA Rams or NFL venues or events. Entry to games and/or events is subject to the venue terms of entry, which may include security screenings, prohibited items, and health and safety

                  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a Membership at any time if it is determined that the Member has breached the LA Rams values, policies, or Codes of Conduct. This policy ensures that all Members uphold the standards and principles that are integral to the LA Rams’ identity and community. Such actions are taken to maintain a respectful and supportive environment for everyone involved with the club. Once a Membership is cancelled, all entitlements and benefits associated with that Membership are revoked.

                  14. General

                  1. The LA Rams will not be held liable to any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable This may include (without limitation); fire, flood, natural disaster, pandemic, acts of God, government restrictions, war, terrorism or failure or utilities or communications. Where possible, the LA Rams will take reasonable steps to minimize the impact of such events on Members.
                  2. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the ACL.
                  3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with your Membership, these Terms or any Membership benefit is limited to resupplying the relevant benefit or paying the cost of having it resupplied, or to the amount of the Membership fee paid by you. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of opportunity, loss of a chance to win a Member-Only Giveaway, disappointment or loss of enjoyment.
                  4. If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or illegal, it is severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue in full force. A failure or delay by us in exercising a right under these Terms does not operate as a waiver of that right.
                  5. These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Membership or Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and the State of California, United States.
